Prepare your images

Save the views you want to use in Saved Mock Ups. Keep clear alternatives for existing, proposed, day and night views so you can select the right image in the report.

Open the editor

Go to Costing & Reports, then PDF Reports and PDF Report Editor. Choose images from Saved Mock Ups or the retained job images.

Arrange the pages

Choose images for the four equal cover positions. Use the photo-page templates to arrange one, two, three comparison or four images, and assign the intended role for each position. Clear or replace a slot as needed.

Preview before applying

Use the actual PDF preview, page navigation, Fit page, Fit width and zoom to inspect the report. Apply stores the layout; Cancel leaves the existing layout alone. Save the job after applying your changes.

Export and check

PDF exports optimize photographs to a maximum finished size of 10 MB while retaining text and technical drawing detail. If the size limit cannot be met, the existing destination file is preserved. Review the final PDF before sending it.

Keep useful alternatives

Keep unused report images for later is enabled by default. Only turn it off when you intend to replace the retained report snapshots. Saved Mock Ups and the photo collection remain separate from that report choice.

Follow the Cohens example

The Cohens report comparison page comes from the app’s native PDF output. Its after views are saved proposed mock ups. Keep those roles distinct from the separately supplied completed-installation photographs when arranging your own report.
